[FE] Fetch New Findings data from APi in data Provider with Mocked Data

• Add get_security_findings to src/gitlab/gitlab_service.ts

• In gitlab service function, make calls to mocked out to several mocked graphQl service functions

• Add mocked data based on the still unconfirmed API contract gitlab#408350 (closed)

• Parse results

• Update unit tests
