[FE] Fetch Policy Violation data from API in Data provider

• Add policy_violation_provider to https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-vscode-extension/-/blob/main/src/tree_view/items

• In provider make graphQL query to get new vuln findings on the latest pipeline for the current branch

• Parse results

• Update unit tests
