Summary
When I try to sign in to the extension, I get an error and the authentication attempt fails: “Couldn't create item: The secret was transferred or encrypted in an invalid way.”
Authenticating an account via an access token doesn’t work either.
I tried reinstalling the extension but it didn’t work. On my work laptop, the extension works fine but I’m also using a probably slighly outdated VSCodium over there.
Steps to reproduce
- Install the extension
- In the sidebar, click on the GitLab Workflow tab
- Click on Connect to GitLab.com with OAuth
- Complete the OAuth flow
- Back in VS Code, see the error
What is the current bug behavior?
Authenticating fails with an error message.
What is the expected correct behavior?
I can sign in to the extension with GitLab (OAuth or access token) and use the extension.
