Display external build status in sidebar
Problem to solve
When a pipeline includes an external status, it is not displayed in the sidebar. The pipeline itself does display the correct status (e.g. Failed), but there is no job below it with that status.
Opening the pipeline on the website displays an extra stage called external.
Proposal
When applicable, add a new stage external in the sidebar in VS Code.
