Broken "test-integration-windows" CI job.

The broken job (test-integration-windows) is failing in different branches (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-vscode-extension/-/jobs) I think that a new VS Code release broke our integration tests, it's not the first time it happened.
