[BUG] "Validate GitLab CI config" does nothing since 3.19.0 on Self Hosted Instance

Summary

When trying to validate my .gitlab-ci.yml, nothing happens.

Steps to reproduce

• Install extension v3.19.0
• Configure GitLab URL
• Configure user PAT
• Open .gitlab-ci.yml
• Validate CI

What is the current bug behavior?

Nothing happens, no logs, no pop-up. Nothing.

What is the expected correct behavior?

A pop-up should appears to tell if my .gitlab-ci.yml configuration is OK.

Possible fixes

• Rollback to v3.18.0
• Something has changed here between v3.18.0...v3.19.0
