MR Review: Provided comments are not visible if the line in which the comments was given are removed

Summary

I am not sure if this is intended behavior or a new issue. When a comment is given as to remove a line and a developer fixes and removed that particular line, we are not able to see the comments given using the extension.

Steps to reproduce

Give a comment on a particular line. merge a code to remove that line in which the comments was given Go back to the extension and check if the comments provided are visible.

What is the current bug behavior?

Comments provided are not visible in extensions

What is the expected correct behavior?

This is tricky expectations, but we should be seeing such comments also
