Problem to solve

The UX Team has been hard at work with a redesign of the Side Panel in both the GLUI and the IDE.

UX is finalizing a design audit and considering the extensibility of these designs into other IDEs like JetBrains. In the meantime, we'd like to get an engineering validation review done of the current designs and float any edge cases or technical concerns,

2. Review the Figma Designs for the IDE
3. Comment below on this issue for concerns around edge cases, technical feasibility, or other pieces of the implementation that need considering.
