[VSC] Show Language Server changes inside VSCode changelog

Problem to solve

Often, a VSCode release will include a language server version bump, which introduces a lot of functionality / fixes / changes to the extension. However since on the VSC side this is just a simple chore(deps) change, nothing is included in the VSCode changelog.

This leads to uncertainty in what a VSC release actually provides to users.

Proposed solution

Include Language Server updates in the VSCode changelog for improved transparency.

This could either just be a link to the LS release changelog, or we could try to actually pull in and embed the changes into the VSCode changelog in some new section
