Copy GitLab link for the active file to the clipboard

Problem to solve

As a developer, I sometimes want to share the link to a file/line I'm working on, so I can collaborate with them. In order to do this, I have first open the file in GitLab, then manually copy the link, go to slack ,and paste it. Instead, I wish I could just copy the link from VSCode.

The GitLab extension for WebStorm already allows that, and I use it constantly.

Proposal

Add an additional VSCode action. In addition to "Open Active File", have an action called "Copy Link to Active File", whose action is pretty self-explanatory 🙂
