[VS Code] command 'gl.authenticate' not found

Steps to reproduce

1. Install vscode
2. Clone gitlab repo
3. Install "GitLab Workflow" extension (ext install GitLab.gitlab-workflow)
4. Follow the extension readme

2. To sign in to your GitLab instance, run the command GitLab: Authenticate.

What is the current bug behavior?

After command GitLab: Authenticate executed I see the next error

What is the expected correct behavior?

A'm able to authenticate

Command 'GitLab: Show Extension Logs' resulted in an error
command 'gl.showOutput' not found
