Attempt to login in extension failed with error
Command 'GitLab: Authenticate' resulted in an error
command 'gl.authenticate' not found
Steps to reproduce
- Install vscode
- Clone gitlab repo
- Install "GitLab Workflow" extension (
ext install GitLab.gitlab-workflow) - Follow the extension readme
- To sign in to your GitLab instance, run the command GitLab: Authenticate.
What is the current bug behavior?
After command GitLab: Authenticate executed I see the next error 
What is the expected correct behavior?
A'm able to authenticate
Relevant logs and/or screenshots
Command 'GitLab: Show Extension Logs' resulted in an error
command 'gl.showOutput' not found
