[VS] Enable dependency context category within VSCode

Enable the new dependency context category within VSCode.

Language server change is already released: gitlab-org/editor-extensions/gitlab-lsp!819 (merged)

gitlab/ui MR will need to be released, and VSCode updated to the new package version: gitlab-ui!4719 (merged)

We will also need to add a mapping for the new category from LS -> Vue, to enable the category
