[Web IDE] Missing Duo Chat Feedback

Problem to solve

When users submit Duo Chat feedback from the Web IDE, the product team does not have visibility into the feedback.

Proposal

1. Identify the attribute sent to Snowplow for Duo Chat feedback from the Web IDE.
   1. Can we distinguish between Web IDE and VS Code as the client?
2. Ensure that it is accurately sent and represented in our dashboards.
   1. Tableau dashboard for Duo Chat feedback.
