Update Extension Icon to match the new vscode-codicons

A few months ago, Microsoft released a new version of its vscode-codicons, which now have this outline style.

Problem: The GitLab icon still has the flush style, which doesn't really optically fit into the design.

Other Extensions like ToDo Tree or Bookmarks already did this step.

Could you please update the icon to better match the overall styling of the sidebar icons?
