Move show_quickpick.ts helper to the common folder

Summary

We use a Quick Pick menu in both the Desktop and Browser, and we have a show_quickpick.ts helper in the ~/desktop/utils/ folder.

This issue proposes moving the ~/desktop/utils/show_quickpick.ts to the ~/common/ folder so that we can share it between desktop and browser.

  suggestion: Would it make sense to rename the folder to duo_quick_pick because there is already a generic helper for this. It would be nice to unify it but that one is desktop-only. Perhaps, we can create a follow-up to keep that in mind and to move that helper to common and use it here. WDYT?
