Insert Gitlab snippets into the current document

It would make total sense to be able to insert snippets from the current Gitlab project or, even better, group into the current document.

I am surprised you did not implement the function, as it would be a natural extension to the ability to create new snippets you provide.

Currently there is no extension that allows the function anywhere in the VS Code marketplace -- yet, it is possible (and very practical) from Github gists: https://github.com/kenhowardpdx/vscode-gist
