[VS Code] Follow-up - add try/catch guard within `getAIAssistedCodeSuggestionsLanguages` method

@tristan.read started a discussion: Non-blocking: @ohoral If this throws an error (e.g. a malformed input value) it will prevent initialization of the extension. Thoughts on adding a try-catch here?
Example of malformed input value:
"gitlab.aiAssistedCodeSuggestions.languages": false
Resulting error:
I tried messing up some other settings and as far as I can tell, we always allow the extension to start.
