Update storybook visual snapshots
The visual snapshot check job started failing as of a few hours ago when some color changes were made in application.css
This MR updates our snapshots to match the latest css.
The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features.
