Drop fontawesome as (implicit) dependency

We currently require fontawesome for the LoadingIcon component. In https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/33757 we were trying to replace fontawesome with our own custom icons. We should therefore remove fontawesome as dependency from gitlab-ui.
