feat: remove BFormInput from GlFormInput 

- Removes Bootstrap Vue's BFormInput from GlFormInput
- Copy and adapt Bootstrap Vue's BFormInput tests for GlFormInput
- Add more extensive GlFormInput docs

BREAKING CHANGE: Remove support for `size` prop which does not have
any effect anyway.
