feat(GlAvatarsInline): Add badgeSrOnlyText prop 

BREAKING CHANGE: This change adds a required
property named badgeSrOnlyText that ensures
that badge displayed when avatars inline is
collapsed, provides a screen reader only
label that gives contextual information
for users that use this form factor
