feat(GlFilteredSearch): added title slot to GlFilteredSearch 

Since GlFilteredSearch does not provide a slot for the default
title, currently it's not possible to override default title text.

This change introduces title slot to provide this
functionality via GlFilteredSearch and GlFilteredSearchTerm
similar to the one provided by GlFilteredSearchToken, as required in
gitlab!101140.
