fix(GlButtonGroup): Isolate button divider so it doesn't overlap others 

The vertical divider between buttons can overlap other UI elements that
have fixed or sticky position. This change adds `isolation: isolate;` to
the parent element of the before pseudo-element so that this won't
happen.
