fix(GlDisclosureDropdown): Improve markup semantics of dropdown wrapper 

Update computed `disclosureOptions`  object to `disclosureTag` string
Removed `<div role="group">` wrapper from story
Removed `GlModal` usage from story
Removed `isAllItems` and `isAllGroup` utils
Added `isListItem`, `isValidSlotTag`, and `isSlotListItem` utils
