fix(GlFilteredSearch): Improve multi-select UX

Multi-select changes:

- On click of data segment, input is empty instead of
  non-empty so the list shows all suggestions
- On selection of suggestion, input is not updated so
  the list of suggestions does not change
- On blur of the input, the token completes
- Updated example to filter users
