fix(GlColumnChart): Use correct stack values 

This change updates the columns chart stack values so they are strings,
as determined by the eCharts API.

Previously, we mistakenly passed the groupBy value as a stack, which was
of the type array causing an undetermined stacking behavior for the
columns in the chart.
