feat(GlDuoChat): add /include command, integrate context-item-menu 

- adds support for new /include slash command, which now opens the
context-item-menu
- context-item-menu integrated with main DuoChat component
- keyboard events from the main prompt input shared between components
- updated interactive DuoChat story
