feat(GlDisclosureDropdown, GlCollapsibleListbox): Set focus on the first custom toggle's child

The custom toggle might have different shapes,
if we set focus on the wrapper of the custom toggle
the focus ring is always square. If we move the focus
to the first child of the custom toggle, the focus ring
will have the shape of the content.
