feat(GlLink): Remove `BLink` from `GlLink` 

Part of the migration to remove BootstrapVue

BREAKING CHANGE: Removed support for the following props:
`append`, `event`, `exact`, `exact-path`, `exact-path-active-class`,
`no-prefetch`, `router-component-name`, `router-tag`.
Also removed support for `bv::link::clicked` global event.
