feat(GLFilteredSearch): Allow commas in multiSelect values 

Use array for the value field when multiSelect is enabled for a field
Still a string while editing the token segment, then changes to array
after updating the value. This makes it more consistent with how
dropdowns and other multiselect components set the data, and means
we don't have to convert it to/from string
