revert(GlFilteredSearch): Allow to pass token dynamically 

This reverts
gitlab-org/gitlab-ui!2504, as it may
have unforeseen consequences. See
gitlab-org/gitlab-ui!2715 (comment 878880409).

BREAKING CHANGE: This makes the `value` prop of `GlFilteredSearch`
static again, so that it is only read once at mount.
