GlTable: stacked view aligns content to the top, not the middle, when the content spans multiple lines

When the width of a GlTable is narrow enough that the table will switch to a stacked layout, the table cells shows the contents aligned to the top of the cell:

Cell content is multi-line	Header is multi-line

Should they be vertically centered instead?
