Have the option to prevent raw / free text / term search - Filtered Search

Currently there is no way to prevent raw text search with the GlFilteredSearch component. It would be nice to have a prop or a certain configuration to prevent raw text from being used. And only allow users to enter raw text if they are using a token.

For the first iteration of pipeline filters I had to come up with a workaround to not use any raw text not attached to a token. And alert the users that this is not supported currently with this iteration.
