[VS Code] Prevent project badge overflowing context item popover

A temporary workaround was added directly in VSCode to prevent long project path badges overflowing from the context item popover.

It's not a great workaround, and should be fixed properly in the UI components. This will also allow us to do better truncating than the start/end of project paths being completely hidden.
