Remove TypeScript files

As discussed in the Task Group BootstrapVue Removal meeting on Oct 31 2024, we would like to remove the TypeScript files bv-config.d.ts, index.d.ts, vue-injections.d.ts and all other traces of TypeScript in the vendored BootstrapVue folder.
