Search tool for design tokens

Purpose

We have started implementing design tokens into gitlab-ui components. We quickly found that we need a way to search through our existing token library to increase the efficiency of assigning semantic tokens to various design elements in a component.

Proposal

• Allow users to search over all defined tokens in [tool TBD – pajamas docs? storybook? standalone?]
• Allow users to see a visual representation of the output in light, and real (nacht) dark mode gitlab-org/manage/foundations/team-tasks#353 (comment 1897423661)
• Allow users to see design token description
• Allow users to see if a design token is deprecated
• This tool should always reflect the latest version of the token definition file from gitlab-ui
