Add design tokens to representative components

Purpose

As part of implementing design tokens across the product, we need to update each component to use design tokens. We need to understand the exact work necessary to conduct these migrations in order to build out issues to capture the bulk of the work. This issue will add design tokens to three components that give us a good representation of what we can expect in the wider roll-out:

Outcome

• Define design tokens for the components (if necessary)
• Update the Figma specifications to use the new tokens
