Apply pilot tokens to a subset of gitlab-ui components

Purpose

We are evaluating the end-to-end process of using design tokens via &12381 (closed). The last stage of this process is using these tokens within the product.

Requirements

• Update a small collection of gitlab-ui components to use the Design tokens > Pilot tokens (#2447 - closed)
• Make notes of any process challenges that need to be addressed during Design tokens > Product readiness (&13072)
