Checkbox > Fix touch target when there is help text

  issue(non-blocking): Not introduced in this MR, but while testing I noticed the help text can make our touch target bigger than expected.

  Hopefully this video shows the behaviour clearly. Notice the difference between clicking in the space below options with and without help text.
