Customer Feedback: Interacting with filter criteria

Summary

When entering filter criteria in lists, boards and roadmaps, the user must either utilize their mouse or enter to activate the attribute they are referencing. Recent feedback from a customer+ in GitLab user is that this is not intuitive and slows down their process. They would like to be able to type the filter criteria without having to take actions to select from GitLab menus.

As an example, the user would like to type label = "product work" [ENTER] rather than label [ENTER] = [ENTER] "product work" [ENTER]
