Add ability to place data-qa-selectors on group members search field and search button

End-to-end tests use data-qa-selector to access elements. We need to place these selectors on filter search box and the search button (magnifying glass) on the group member's page.

For the search field, I believe it will go here and for the button, here.

It will be helpful if we can achieve something similar to #1148 (closed)
