Dropdowns > Drop up > Space between button and dropdown

Problem

Currently when a dropdown drops to the bottom of the trigger, there is a 4px space between the two:

However, when the dropdown drops to the top of the trigger, there is no space:

Solution

There should be 4px margin between the trigger and the dropdown, even when it drops to the top.
