Echarts legend icon scaling up to 25px

  @adrielsantiago - One more thing I just noticed here: it looks like the blue bar is longer than I was intending it to be. In the design, the bar is 16px long, and there is an 8px gap between it and the text that follows. I think the space might be right, but it looks like the bar is a little long? I remember that this legend was tricky to change so I'm not sure how big of a deal it is to fix this but, flagging just in case this is do-able.
