Brand related icons and color

Problem

Our current icon guidelines state that icons should not include non-mono chromatic colors, however brand guidelines may require us to do so, also to prevent human error when using those icons.

Proposal

Adjust the icon guidelines with

• Require brand- to be prepended for brand icon names.
• Allow brand icons to include color attributes
