Move dotnet logo to different directory

To support gitlab#368330 (closed), this creates a duplicate of the dotnet logo into the illustrations/third-party-logos/ directory. This will temporarily create three instances of the logo in the repo, but after the MR from gitlab#368330 (closed) has been merged two of the instances can be removed in a followup.
