Icon: Duplicate environment for deployments

Purpose

The current environment icon is now being used for Deployments, but the reference is still to the environment SVG so it can't be updated until a copy has been made and named deployments and then the reference updated in the product.

This issue duplicates the environment icon under the deployments name.
