SVG misplaced?

Problem
I was trying to view this illustration in the SVG viewer, but it does not exist there, nor does it live in Figma. I am unable to download the image and have it work in Figma as well for some reason. I've even tried opening it in Illustrator too and it loses all its colors.
Proposal
Can we move it to the same location as all other SVG illustrations and the Figma Illustrations file.
