Install rubocop-graphql

Hi!

I found that GitLab has a couple of custom GraphQL–related cops and thought if it would be helpful to use rubocop-graphql. It can enforce field/type descriptions, argument order, DSL usage and more.

If you decide to use it you likely gonna need to disable some of checks or at least regenerate a TODO list.

Thoughts?
