Gitlab Sketch Plugin no longer works in Mac OS Ventura 13.1

@tomquirk @cdybenko Gitlab Sketch Plugin no longer works after updating Mac OS to Ventura 13.1 The plugin simply won't respond when clicking the upload button. When running a skpm log it sends an Object-C exception when trying to upload an artboard/asset to gitlab

It seems that the architecture to show a popup window changed in Ventura OS.
