Vendor logrus at v1.0.5
Logrus is a structured logging library for Go. https://github.com/sirupsen/logrus
This is needed for !193 (merged) and #124 (closed).
I am creating a separate MR because the vendored code would make code review in !193 (merged) too difficult.
